Is my phone camera photo enough quality for this frame?
Yes, today’s phones have very good cameras. It usually prints very good. Just one advice: Please don’t upload “screenshot” images. Screenshots have low quality and can look blurry on big frame. Use the original photo from your gallery, then it will look perfect.
Does the frame come with real glass?
We use a special acrylic sheet instead of real glass. It looks exactly like glass, very clear, but it is much stronger. Real glass breaks very easy in cargo shipping. This way your gift arrives safe without any scratch or broken pieces.
Can I change the text font or position?
The design template is fixed as you see in the preview. Our designers created this layout to look best this way. So we cannot move the text to other corner. But you can see exactly how your names will look in that font before you buy.
