Before You Buy

Will it arrive in time for Father’s Day or his birthday?

In most cases, the answer is yes. We make each piece of glass to order, and this process happens in our workshop in the U.S. It usually takes around 3 to 5 business days to complete.

What kind of photo works best, and will you edit it?

When uploading your photo, make sure it's a clear and well-lit picture with the faces easily visible. This will help ensure your photo looks great when printed on glass. It's generally best to use a close-up or medium-distance shot, as these tend to work better at smaller sizes than wide or busy group shots.

If you want a design in black and white, like Styles 3 and 4, make sure your photo is already in black and white when you upload it.

Can I preview the glass before I buy?

The customizer shows your chosen style, name, and “est.” year before you order.

Can I return or exchange a personalized photo glass?

Since your picture is printed on each glass, we can't accept returns just because you've changed your mind. However, if the glass arrives damaged or we've made an error on our part, we'll take care of the issue and make things right for you.
