In most cases, yes. Each candle is personalized and made to order in our U.S. workshop in 3–5 business days, then shipped, so a typical order arrives within business days. Because each candle is made specifically for you, it can't be returned for a change of mind. But if it arrives damaged, or we made a mistake on our end, we'll make it right contact us within a week of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I include more than one name in the personalization? Yes. The personalization line under the main phrase can include multiple names — for example, "Michael & Emma" or "James & Hillary" — making it easy for siblings or a couple to give the candle together.
