In most cases, the answer is yes. We make each candle to order, and it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get it ready in our workshop in the US.

You can see exactly what your personalized name will look like on the label before you buy it, and it's free. The customizer tool on this page lets you check the format and spelling of your sign-off, so you can make sure everything is just right before you add it to your cart.

Is the name the only personalization?

If you receive a candle that's damaged or we've made an error, don't worry, we'll fix the issue. However, since each candle is created with a specific personalized name, we can't accept returns just because you've changed your mind. If you do encounter a problem, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
