We understand your concern about personalized Christmas gifts. Our mugs are printed using a high-quality sublimation process, which means the ink is infused into the ceramic. It’s highly resistant to fading, but it’s also recommended hand-washing for a lifetime use, even if it's made of and customized with a top rack dishwasher safe process.
