After you complete your customization and complete payment, you can request proof before shipping. If you don’t like it, you can request for replacement or a full refund. The mapping software is unfortunately not working on a custom page, so the preview will not be available.

Am I limited to the text options shown, or can I provide my own custom quote?

The design quote is standard and cannot be changed. You are allowed to add the couple's name with the location details.

Are the frames made of solid wood?

Our frames are finished with Oak, Walnut and Black but not wood. Our frame is made of high-quality MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) that simulates the look and texture of wood grain.
